Pennsylvania Department of Aging OPTIONS Program
The OPTIONS program is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, with the goal of providing an array of long term care choices to Older Adults living in our community. These services are tailored to each individuals needs by one of our highly qualified care managers. The care manager will complete a comprehensive needs assessment with the Older Adult and work collaboratively to develop a person centered care plan.
Caregiver Support

The Caregiver Support Program seeks to support those who are providing care to a loved one. This is done through a personalized visit with a qualified Care Manager who can help to link you with available resources in our community, reduce financial burden, and provide you with educational resources as you continue in your care-giving journey. Home Delivered Meals
Home delivered meals may be available for seniors who are temporarily or permanently unable to leave their homes for food. Eligibility for this program will be determined by a care manager who visits the Older Adult and completes a comprehensive assessment of nutritional needs, and limitations. If approved for the program, the Older Adult will be delivered 5 meals per week. Most meals are delivered hot, but in some remote locations meals are frozen. The meals are prepared at our newly renovated meal production facility daily, and are designed to meet 1/3 of recommended daily nutrition.
