Private Pay and Third Party Arrangements

Often older persons and their families are willing to pay for or purchase services or items which could alleviate or lessen needs and problems, but they are unaware of how to obtain them.  The AAA Care Manager can assist with locating businesses to provide one- time home repairs, or on-going yard maintenance services, grocery or pharmacy deliveries, or a temporary respite service.   

In other instances, the older person may be eligible for specialized services which could be paid for by other sources such as Medicaid, Medicare, Long Term Care insurance or some other third party.  The AAA staff can assist the older person and family in identifying those resources and coordinating the arrangements.
