Additional Benefits for Part-Time Employees:

  • Eligible employees will participate in our defined contribution pension plan, which provides for full vesting after only two years.
  • Time off - on an accrual basis:
    • Vacation – leave begins at 5 days/year and increases with tenure up to 10 days/year
    • Sick leave – 12 days/year; unused sick days at the end of the year are cashed out at a fixed rate.
    • 12 paid holidays each calendar year.  Two days leave at Thanksgiving and Christmas provide extra time for you to relax and visit with your family and friends.
