Additional Benefits for Full-Time Employees:

Agency paid health insurance plans with no pre-existing condition restrictions (includes medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans) for the employee (less a small employee contribution). We also pay a portion of dependent coverage.
- Enrollment in our cash incentive plan when medical insurance is not elected.
- An Agency-paid term life insurance policy that is equivalent to your annual salary and access to dependent life insurance.
- Agency paid short-term disability and long-term disability plans.
- Eligible employees will participate in our defined contribution pension plan, which provides for full vesting after only two years.
- Time off - on an accrual basis:
- Vacation – leave begins at 10 days/year and increases with tenure up to 20 days/year
- Sabbatical leave – five days/year awarded to employees when they reach each fifth year of full-time service with the Agency.
- Personal leave – two days each year
- Sick leave – 12 days/year; unused sick days at the end of the year are cashed out at a fixed rate.
- 12 paid holidays each calendar year. Two days leave at Thanksgiving and Christmas provide extra time for you to relax and visit with your family and friends.
