Meals on Wheels & More Delivery Driver

Part-time and casual positions available Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 3 PM. All routes use Agency vans & depart from Clearfield.  We are looking for honest people with a reliable work history, who enjoy working independently and can manage time well.  To succeed in this position, you must be willing to drive in all weather conditions; be able to lift 35 pounds; climb stairs while carrying light items; and have the ability to use a cellular phone.  Successful candidates will be required to pass physical, drug test, motor vehicle & criminal history checks.

Report in person to CCAAA Meal Production & Distribution Facility, 50 Technology Dr, Clearfield, PA on July 13, 2015 between 10:30 AM -1:30 PM for an interview. AA/EOE.

Care Manager

Full-time position with benefits in a career where you can make a difference!  Mon-Fri, day-shift position conducts assessments and coordinates services to help meet needs of elderly individuals. Position may occasionally serve on an on-call rotation schedule.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a desire to advocate for the needs of the elderly, and the ability to effectively collaborate with others to ensure best service.  Individuals must be detail oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills.  Good computer data entry skills helpful.  Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or related social science; or post-secondary education including 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science plus 3 years’ experience in public or private human services setting.
