Why you should work for the CCAAA, Inc.

Meals on Wheels & More Delivery DriverThe CCAAA is searching for a regular, part-time delivery driver for our MOW & More program.  This position will be assigned to work Monday – Friday, generally 20-25 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $7.45/hour and benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.

The CCAAA is also searching for additional casual drivers for our MOW & More program.  Casual positions work on an “as-needed” basis, serving as a substitute for other drivers.  Hours worked will generally be less than 15 hours per week.  Pay rate is $7.60/hour; benefits do not apply.

Each position will drive an agency van to transport meals to homebound persons; all routes depart from and return to our meal preparation site in Curwensville. 

We are looking for honest, reliable people, who can manage time well.  Applicants must have a clean appearance and be customer-service oriented.  To succeed in this position, candidates must be able to read, do simple math, follow directions, and write legibly.  Individuals must be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds, have the ability to use a cell phone, and be willing to drive in all weather conditions.  The successful candidate must also: be 18 years of age or over; have a valid driver’s license; successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and physical; and his or her motor vehicle driving record and criminal history reports must meet meets agency standards.
