Administrative Assistant

Seeking office professional with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties of this full-time position include answering calls on a multi-line phone system, performing data entry, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, typing documents, computing and analyzing data using statistical formulas, compiling reports, and operating office equipment.  You must have good verbal/written communication skills, intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), and the ability to prioritize and effectively multi task. Minimum requirements include educational development to the level of completion of high school and one (1) year of complex administrative support activities.

Casual Drivers

Our casual drivers generally work less than 15 hours per week, delivering meals to homebound elderly residents of Clearfield County. Casuals serve in a substitute role for our regular drivers.  Agency vans are used for all routes, which depart from & return to Clearfield.  Work hours are weekdays only, generally between 9:00AM – 3 PM, but may vary depending on assigned route.  Hourly wage of $7.60 paid. 

We are looking for honest, reliable people.  To succeed in this position, you must be willing and able to: drive in all weather conditions; lift 35 lbs; go up & down stairs; follow directions; and do simple math. Persons offered a position will be required to pass a physical, drug test, motor vehicle check & criminal history check. In addition, you must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and have a driving record that is acceptable to our auto insurer.
