CCAAA Civic Engagement Opportunities

Hey Boomer, want to be a change agent again?

You changed the world in the 60s; now how about changing your community,
one life at a time?  Civic engagement, right now, right here, in your own backyard.

Be an important part of the CCAAA team.

We need Your help

  • by becoming a citizen advocate (ombudsman) for elders in nursing and assisted living facilities
  • leading programs in our Centers for Active Living
  • providing telephone reassurance
  • answering Medicare and Medicaid questions
  • assisting individuals with federal, state, and local income tax preparation, and more.

Boomers and individuals of all ages are needed to help our programs grow.

To get involved, please fill out the Volunteer Information Request Form. You may also call 814-765-2696 or 1-800-225-8571 to learn about volunteer opportunities with the CCAAA.
